Hello scrapbook friends! I hope you are enjoying your summer and staying COOL in the heat (especially those of you who are in the Houston area which was hit by Hurricane Beryl! Hope your power is back on!)

Kids Scrapbook Camp

Okay, I know in my very last email I told you I was not going to be able to fit a Kids’ Camp into my schedule. BUT then I convinced my sister to let me bring my 11-year-old niece home with me from our family reunion (which starts on Saturday!) and she LOVES scrapbooking! I will admit that I am a smidge worried about keeping her entertained the whole time she’s here, and thought she would love the opportunity to scrapbook with other kids!

$50 camp fee includes your choice of either the Cool Vibes or Totally Awesome Kids Kits, plus the Totally Cool Storage Case. We’ll also be doing a card kit and if time permits a few other small projects. Lunch is included in the fee.

Happy Album Circle: Tuesday, August 13 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Day Crops: Wednesday, July 17 and 31, August 14, 21 and TUESDAY, August 27. 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
First August Crop: Friday, August 2 noon - 9:00 pm and/or Saturday, August 3, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. This will be during the Olympics so we’ll have some Olympic themed activities at the crop!
Second August Crop: Friday, August 16 noon - 9:00 pm and/or Saturday, August 17, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Project Recipe Layout Class: Tuesday, July 30, 6:00 - 8:00 pm
(Usually we do this on the 4th Tuesday, but I’ll be at my family reunion so we are doing the 5th Tuesday).

Rocket City Scrapbook Retreat

If you are still planning to attend the retreat, I have twelve spots left. AND we have had enough people express interest in staying until Sunday that you can add the extra day if you would like to. Two new products

Save the Date!!!

Before I go, I have news about NEXT year’s Memories Matter crop to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association on The Longest Day! I have found a venue for a big crop (100+ people!) and hope to sign the contract for it this week!

This time I know there were a lot of you who had conflicts, so I hope I can get on your calendar NOW so that next year you can join me along with several other CM Advisors in North Alabama on June 20 & 24, 2025 at the Jaycee’s Community Building at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Alabama!

Hopefully Noreen will be joining us again - when she was here last month she mentioned several times that she was willing to come back for next year’s event, whether or not CM sent her!

And… the next time I write to you I hope I will have news about the new Photo Trimmer that I got to see a sneak peek of when I was on the CM Mexico trip in April! They told us that Advisors will have the opportunity to purchase a sample at the end of July (another reason to consider becoming an Advisor!) and then they’ll be available to customers in late August!! I am SO excited - I have been asking for a new photo trimmer for YEARS, and they gave me all the features I requested and more!! Can’t wait to show it to you! Stay tuned!
